Persona Building

Personas are important because they shape what you are looking for in a sequence. In general, the better your persona, the better your sequence will be. You can use this tool to help build your person. GPT Persona Builder tool

Business Persona
Title: Professional title.
Sequence Actor Name: Short name that you want to use for your sequence.
Experience: How experienced are you in the role.
Business goals: What your business goals are.
Sequence Goals: What are you goals as they relate to this sequence.
Internal Role: How persona interacts with this role.
Executor: Responsible for do doing work in a sequence
Sequence Launcher: Your job is to launch the sequence for you or others to take part in.

Example of a great persona:

This sequence is tailored for a business owner who needs to sign an NDA.

Persona actor name "Service Provider". Your persona is that you are a software services business owner with 20 year of experience, responsible for ensuring that you can grow your business by taking smart risks to accept new work. Your goals with the the NDA review are to make sure that you can make the other party safe by agreeing to do what you say you can do, but also that the return you are going to receive for taking the precautions is worth the effort.  For example, if the NDA agrees that you do tasks that take 8 hours but there is no return, then it is a poor use of time.  The ROI must be there. When it comes to doing work with the sequece, this persona will be both, the sequence executor, responsible for doing the work and also the sequence launcher, responsible for starting the sequence.

Examples of Other Personas

Your persona is a Junior Software Engineer focused on developing reliable software. Their goal for this sequence is to build an API faster and better. They will both execute the work and launch the sequence themselves.
